How to Enter the Giveaway
Eligible applicants and residents can enter the giveaway by completing an Official Entry Form and submitting it to the leasing team in the Agave Courtyard management office. No purchase necessary to win!
Entries may be earned during the contest period by completing one of the following:
- Refer a friend who leases an apartment on or before December 31, 2026
- Renew a current lease on or before December 31, 2026
- Tour an apartment on or before December 31, 2026
- Lease and move into an apartment at Agave Courtyard on or before December 31, 2026
Only one entry per household is allowed.
What the Winner Receives
One lucky winner will receive a concession for 12 months of rent. The winner will be selected through a random drawing held at the SunRidge Corporate office by January 6, 2027.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing and will be notified by mail, phone, or email.
